GENERAL QUESTIONS

– How do I know that my order went through?

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and a tax invoice will be attached as a PDF document. Once we have processed your order, you will receive another email letting you know the shipping process has begun.

– I’ve placed an order but haven’t received an email confirmation?

We send a confirmation email and receipt immediately when you make a purchase. If you’ve not received this email within 5 minutes of placing your order it may be worth checking your email account’s spam folder as occasionally they can be accidentally sent there. If you can’t find your confirmation email in your spam folder please contact us. Our Customer Service Team will then send you a copy of your receipt.

– What happens if a product is out of stock?

We have stock arriving every day. If the night light you want is out of stock, don’t worry. Contact our team as quickly as possible and we can inform you when our next shipment will be in. Alternatively, on the product page, add your email so we can notify you once we have added stock. 

– Do you want to order bulk?

If you are looking at buying a large quantity of night lights, please don’t hesitate to contacts us as we have wholesale discount and deals depending on your order. We have a large supply of products in our warehouse and would love to get them to you as soon as possible.

EXCHANGE/RETURNS QUESTIONS 

– I’ve changed my mind! Can I exchange my night light for another?

We want you to be 100% happy with your new night light so we give you 30 days to decide if you’d like to keep it. If you’d like to swap your purchase for something else then contact us and let us know which items you’d like to exchange them for. We’ll then provide you with an address to return your order to. Your item must be in brand new condition, in its original packaging and its vial that both box and packaging is not damaged in any way. Once received and checked, we’ll send you your replacement night light of your choosing. For more information, read more about our exchange policy.

– What happens if the night light you want is out of stock?

Please contact our team as soon as you can. We can inform you when the next shipment is coming in or we can exchange the product for another of equal value. If you desire a night light of lesser or greater value, we are happy to refund the difference or add the extra to the cart.

– What happens if I want to return my products?

We provide a 30 day returns policy. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase then contact us and let us know. We’ll then provide you with an address to return your order to. Your product must be in brand new condition, in its original packaging and not damaged in any way. Once you’ve shipped the product back to us and we’ve checked it, we’ll issue you with a refund for the product price. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at checkout.

– How long will my refund take?

Once we have received your night light, refunds are processed within 24 hours. It may take up to 7 working days before you receive the funds back however, depending on the payment type used (typically PayPal refunds happen very quickly, and credit card refunds take 5-7 business days). There are no restocking fees.

– How long will my Exchange take?

As soon as we receive your night light (and any additional payment if required), your replacement will be shipped within 1-2 business days via the shipping method selected.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS 

– How long does delivery take?

We process and ship our orders within 1-2 business days. We ship all items with Australia Post. Shipping takes 2-5 business days depending on whether you live in a major city or rural area. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you the tracking code so you can track the progress of your order.

– Will I receive information so I can track my order?

All our orders are sent via Australia Post. As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an ‘Order Update’ containing the tracking information for your order. Please note it can take a couple of days for the tracking information to be updated.

– Do you ship to countries other than Australia?

Our shipping policy only relates to customers who live in Australia. If you live in another country and would like a quote for shipping please contact us. Please provide us with your intended order and shipping address and we will promptly get a quote back to you.

Star Projector Night Light Instructions

Choose your Power Source: Either plug the USB cable into the port and connect to power or insert 3x AA batteries into the base of the night light.

Once connected to power, you can choose if you want to keep the fogged lid on to create a warm light night light or remove the lid to give a large projection of stars throughout the bedroom or nursery. 

Choose from 3 buttons to change your projection settings:

A – Turns the LED light on and off.

B – Changes the colour projection of the stars. Choose from 9 different colour settings. 

C – Changes the rotation of the night light. Have the star projection rotating across the ceiling or have it still.

The Ultimate Rainbow Sensor Night Light

This night light is not only adorable but also very practical to light up your child’s room and keep them in bed until the sun is up. 

How It Works:

On/Off switch on the back of the night light. This night light, when turned on will light up when it is placed in a dark room and turn off when the sun rises or the light is turned on. It emits a warm light that will enable your child to sleep in peace. There is also voice activation. If a sound is made the night light will turn on for 60 seconds.

Luxury Night Light Instructions 

Turn it on via the button on the back of the night light, just above the USB port. The Night Light will emit a warm light. There are 3 different light settings you can choose from. To change, press the button again and the brightness will adjust.

To charge the batteries, plug in the USB cable to the port on the back of the nightlight and connect to power 

Care Instructions for Salt Lamps

Great news, salt lamps are self cleansing. The salt lamp has antibiotic properties and does not need cleaning on your behalf, so please do not wash or submerge in water. If your salt lamp gets dusty or dirty, just use a dry or slightly damp cloth to clean it. 

Leave your salt lamp on wherever possible as the heat from the light bulb will prevent the lamp absorbing moisture thus can be know to drip salt.  If your salt lamp is turned off for longer periods of time, place in a container to catch the residue.

If the salt lamp gets wet leave it in strong sunlight for 4 to 5 hours and then brush off any excess crystals.

Please Note:  If your salt lamp is moist, remove the cord from the power socket and bulb from the bulb socket and allow to completely dry before reconnecting the power.

We recommend to keep your Himalayan salt lamp on for 16 hours a day minimum. Some people have worked out it costs less than $10 a year to keep a 7-15w bulb on all day. So enjoy the beautiful warm glow of the salt lamp and the health benefits it gives with out the burden of spending countless money on electricity.
